If I register as a reseller or a referral partner and I send you a new data recovery case, how do I get paid?
Usually with a check payable to you from our company.
How fast do I get the referral check? ( Applicable to Referral Partners)
We will send eligible partners the referral check once the recovery case is paid.
Do you provide promotional items for your partners?
Yes, all partners will receive promotional and marketing materials with registration. If needed, all partners can request additional promotional items at no charge.
Do you offer Emergency and Expidited data recovery services?
In addition to our Standard service we offer Priority, Emergency, Weekend, Onsite, and Remote data recovery services. To learn more about our Emergency services click here.
How will the recovered data be returned to my client?
Their data will be returned to them on a CD/DVD, external hard drive, or via our secured FTP site depending on the amount of data that was recovered. They can either provide their own blank hard drive or purchase one from us. CD/DVD and FTP options are free of charge.
